REACHING FOR ALL THAT PVPC CAN BE
God has called Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church to advance His Kingdom “… for such a time as this …” when the Beaches area so desperately needs the gospel (Esther 4:14, ESV). To accomplish this, we must reach out to our community as never before, serving as a strong evangelical church that boldly proclaims the timeless truths of Holy Scripture.
And in order to reach out, we must first reach higher. Our congregation must wholly offer itself up to the Lord, surrendering to His will and recognizing our role as stewards of the gifts with which He has entrusted us.

For God alone can save and make holy our community, but we must make ourselves ready vessels for His grace. Through the selfless giving of our church body, we will better reach the unchurched at home and abroad, reach out to young families in a vital new way and reach a debt-free state of readiness to follow Christ wherever He leads.
 The elders prayerfully recognize the need for Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church members to excel still more in being active advocates of His Word in this time and place. We believe that everyone in the congregation is called by God to do their part in fulfilling the Great Commission with this campaign (Matthew 28:19-20, ESV).
GOALS TO REACH FOR
The Reaching Higher capital campaign seeks to glorify God by sharing the gospel. Together, we will reach this overarching objective by meeting a number of smaller ministry goals. Each of these will help PVPC reach the unsaved and unchurched and strengthen our congregation’s ministry.

What Is the Reaching Higher Campaign, and Why Do We Need It?
Reaching Higher describes exactly what we want to do—as a congregation, a community and individual believers. As more and more people move into our area, fewer and fewer really know Jesus Christ. This campaign will fund a number of necessary ministry projects to equip PVPC to best share the gospel. Nothing is more important.
How Long Will It Last?
The campaign itself will last one month, with giving taking place over three years.
How Much Money Are You Trying to Raise?
The session has prayerfully reached a goal of $4.5 million for this campaign.
What Do You Want Me to Do?
We are asking every member of the PVPC family to pray for PVPC and give sacrificially—over and above normal tithes and offerings. Each individual is essential to our success.
Can I Give Gifts Other Than Cash?
Absolutely. Your stocks, land or other appreciated assets can likely be given to the church without paying taxes on the transaction, while providing you with a full income tax deduction.

Our prayer is that everyone in the church will give sacrificially to God—both monetarily and in all aspects of life. We must become a “… living and holy sacrifice, …” (Romans 12:1, ESV) to grow closer together as a congregation and reflect the light of Christ on a community that so desperately needs Him.
