Promisetown Preschool @ PVPC

REGISTRATION BEGINS FEBRUARY 1ST FOR 2012-13 SCHOOL YEAR

DCF License #C07SJ0086

We welcome your child to PROMISETOWN Preschool and MOM's Morning Out. PROMISETOWN exists as an outreach ministry of PVPC. Our goal is to foster a life-long love of learning through a Godly worldview. We are committed to nurturing children to be happy, empathetic individuals who are emotionally, socially and academically prepared to transition into Kindergarten.

Our Staff and Classrooms:
We embrace the individuality in every child.  Each staff member has been trained in appropriate social and intellectual development of preschool children.  All staff have provided a national FBI background check, have been interviewed and are trained in First Aid and CPR.  Each classroom has two teachers and low child-to-adult ratios to ensure safety and opportunity for individual attention.

The following are our classroom ratios:

  • One year olds: 2 teachers to 8 children
  • Two year olds: 2 teachers to 10 children
  • Three year olds: 2 teachers to 12 children
  • Four year olds: 2 teachers to 14 children
  • Four year olds:  VPK offered for 2012-13 school year, MWF

Our Enrollment:
We currently enroll 44 children ages one through through five. We have two, three, four and five day options.
Our program operates August through May; matching the St. Johns County School District Calendar with the exception of the first and last weeks of school.
Our hours are 8:30am to 12pm for one year olds and 8:30am to 1pm for two through five year olds with an option to stay until 2pm.
Twos and threes are not required to be potty trained to attend.

Enrollment is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Church membership is not a requirement.
Promisetown does not discriminate regardless of race, creed, color, national origin or disability.
